History of the Chamber and Contact Information "Promoting Excellence in Business and Community" The Whitehall Area Chamber of Commerce began in 1978 as the Whitehall Business Association. The Chamber is comprised of business and professional men and women along with local organizations dedicated to promote business and improve the quality of life in Whitehall. The Chamber's mission "To promote and support development and success of business; to help preserve and enhance the positive image of the Whitehall Community," reflects the commitment and focus of the Chamber. The Whitehall Area Chamber of Commerce has a strong presence in the community. Examples of Chamber sponsored community events are, Safety Town, Beautification Awards and our Annual Golf Outing.
